ALL ITEMS are subject to Prior Sale: Reserved items are held for 7 days pending receipt of payment, 14 days for international orders. Reservations may be made by phone, fax, or email. Please identify the author, title, and stock number of the item(s) you are reserving so that we may fill your order faster.

Payment Methods Accepted: We accept checks and money orders drawn on U.S. banks in U.S. dollars. We also accept Mastercard and VISA credit cards. If paying by credit card, please provide: (1) the name of the cardholder exactly as it appears on your card, (2) the billing address of your card, (3) your card number, and (4) the expiration date of your card. Missing information will delay your order and require additional communication. You may order with a credit card DIRECTLY through our SECURE ORDERING WEBSITE. We use SSL encryption technology to protect your credit card information in transit from your computer to our site, and remove credit card information from the site as each order is processed for additional security.

PAYPAL: We can accept payments via Paypal using the e-mail address jwkbooks@yahoo.com. At this time we DO NOT accept charge payments via paypal, as we accept Visa and Mastercard payments directly.

SHIPPING: U.S. orders: $6.00 for the first item. $2.00 for each additional item. U.S. orders will be primarily shipped via U.S. Postal Service priority mail service, (UPS service if requested). Media mail or book rate service is also provided.

International orders (including Canada): Shipping is at cost to the customer. Shipping methods are via U.S. Postal Service. Options include: Global Priority Mail (which cannot be insured and does not service all countries); International Parcel Post-air mail or surface mail (which can be insured); Air-letter post for smaller packages can also be used and lastly Surface mail (economy) with no insurance is available (shipping time of 4-6 weeks).

RETURNS: Item(s) found to be unsatisfactory can be returned for full refund or credit within seven (7) days of receipt. You must advise us of a return.
