Classic story collection whose stories were first published in Astounding Science Fiction (1934-38) under the Don A. Stuart pseudonym. The title story has been filmed twice, the first in 1951 as "The Thing From Another World", one of the classic Science Fiction films of the 1950s (with James Arness in the title role).
