Murder mystery concerning a young police reporter. Daniels was a long time pulp writer including penning adventures of the characters The Phantom Detective and The Black Bat. He also wrote for radio and television. Hubin, p. 214. Age darkening to end papers, mild foxing throughout and to edges, top edge age darkened, some age darkening along cloth edges, a very good copy in a good to very good price clipped dust jacket with shelf wear and shallow chips to corners and spine ends, some rubbing and creasing to front flap fold, background color of spine faded to pale blue. Penciled names to verso of jacket. A reasonably clean and unmarked copy of a book which was primarily used in lending libraries. (23561). Item #23561
