Total of 17,000 copies printed. There were multiple printings, probably two, last dated 1922. Cloth rubbed at spine ends and corner tips, numerous small, faint spots to cloth (possibly old mildew marks), still a very good copy in very good, bright four-color dust jacket (front panel reproducing a painting by J. Allen St. John) with small tape stain at lower front corner, professional restoration of small chips at upper spine end, rear corners, and upper front corner, restoration of 20x20 mm area at lower front corner and patch in to lower portion of spine panel with bottom rule and "o" of "Co" in publisher's imprint restored in facsimile.
