There were at least two printings, second so identified on verso of title leaf. Exploits of Norman of Torn, the greatest swordsman in England and leader of an outlaw band of more than one thousand men. Heins OT-1. Strip of light tanning to end papers along gutter margins, a bright, near fine copy in very good four-color pictorial dust jacket (reproducing a painting by J. Allen St. John on front panel) with light wear at spine ends and corner tips, general soiling to spine and rear panels, several very short closed tears, two at upper end of spine panel, both with small internal tape mends, and two very faint, partial blue horizontal lines along top and bottom edges of front and rear panels (offset from an old jacket "protector") which are barely noticeable externally. A nice copy of an uncommon book with a colorful and attractive example of the very scarce jacket. (11630). Item #11630
