The second volume of the author's Testament of Man series, this title deals with the discovery of the ax and fire, and the Cro-Magnon. A near fine copy, some discoloration and offset to front hinge, most likely from glue degradation-this discoloration bleeds through the cloth at the front spine gutter, in a very good dust jacket, tiny nick to base of front panel, small nick and some mild age darkening to spine panel, rear panel a mildly dust soiled.
