Mrs. Hauck was a very prolific writer who published under a number pseudonyms. [Reference: Hubin, p. 482]. Some spotting to fore-edge of text block, pages 251-259 creased at lower corner, a nearly fine copy in a very good pictorial dust jacket, rubbing along folds of jacket, jagged wear with loss to upper right front corner at fold, several small closed tears with creases along upper front panel, top inch of spine missing affecting half of the first word in the title lettering.
