Monahan) with 20 mm closed tear at top edge of front panel, 15 mm closed tear at bottom edge of front panel, 27 mm closed tear at bottom edge of rear panel, 10 mm closed tear at bottom edge of rear panel near flap fold, faint tide marks along bottom edges of spine folds with just a bit of show through on the outer surface of the rear panel, and dust soiling to spine and rear panels.
