After his father Quincy Adams Sawyer died, young Quincy Adams Sawyer [Jr.], who had studied police methods since he was a young man, returns home from overseas and sets up a private detective business in Boston. Spine slightly age darkened, a fine copy in a good to very good pictorial age darkened dust jacket with edge wear with some mild losses along bottom edge, chips at upper spine panel, upper left front corner and front corners, closed tears along front spine fold and lower right front fold.
