Expansion of a story which first appeared in Collier's magazine as "My Brother's Widow." [Reference: Hubin, p. 526]. A nearly fine copy in a very good or better dust jacket with mild wear to the corner tips, light wear to the spine ends with some shallow losses, small closed tear to upper front panel and mild toning to spine panel. A nice copy of a scarce book as most of the early MacDonald Hale's are. (33884). Item #33884
