DON BRAUTIGAM: ARTISTS PORTFOLIO.
[Lakewood, CO]: Centipede Press, 2007, [i.e. 2008]. Portfolio (10.5 x 14.5"), leather with pictorial inset to front cover. First edition. Of 327 [sic] copies this is one of 22 numbered copies (in red Roman numerals) bound in full leather signed by Brautigam and Dean Koontz (introduction). This is copy Roman numeral 1. The information on the limitation page is in error. It states that this full leather edition would have a set a signed artist prints and a tray case. This was not the case. The artist died before he could sign the prints so this edition was published without a traycase and without the prints and also there was a very limited number of limitation sheets signed by both Brautigam and Koontz. According to the publishers website only 30 copies were produced, the number of full leather copies is unknown to this cataloger as it has been observed that quarter leather bound copies were done with the limitation page. It is also noted from a statement by the publisher that a six additional signature sheets were located and copies were perhaps done (?). Confusing...yes.
